Digital products have special refund rules. This page explains when you can get a refund.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services within 14 days. The right ends once delivery has started with the buyer's express consent (for example when the license key has been delivered and activated). [Make sure this consent is collected during purchase on Discord.]
Refunds for defects
If the product does not work as described and we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time, we refund the payment in full or in part.
