These terms apply to the products and services of [YRITYKSEN NIMI] ("DVmods"). By purchasing or using a product you accept these terms.
License
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the product on the agreed number of servers for the agreed period. Sharing, reselling or handing your license key to a third party is not allowed.
Subscriptions
Monthly and quarterly plans are valid until the end of the paid period. A lifetime license is valid for as long as the service is offered. [Fill in renewal and cancellation.]
Development status
Some features are labelled "Beta" or "Planned". No release date is promised for them, and unfinished features are never sold as finished.
Prohibited use
Reverse engineering, bypassing or overloading the service, or using it to harm other servers is prohibited. Violations may lead to license revocation without refund.
Limitation of liability
No anticheat stops all cheating. DVmods is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
FiveM and third parties
Using the products requires following the FiveM and Cfx.re terms. DVmods is not affiliated with Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers in the EU may also use the rules of their country of residence where mandatory.
